Fundraising Appeal 2010

''

Can You Help?

For a small voluntary group like Cats Aid fundraising is a constant worry. Like every group and individual in the country we are feeling the effects of the recession.

Our work is carried out by a very small number of volunteers. We are appealing to our members to consider becoming more actively involved with what we are doing. We ask anybody who has any fundraising ideas to please contact us. Could you organise a fundraiser for us?

Even something comparitively small scale, like a coffee morning or an afternoon tea can generate useful funds. If you have contact with a school, particularly with Transition Year, could you organise a fundraiser with the class – a bag pack in a supermarket, something sponsored, etc?

Do you have any items that could be auctioned on eBay?

Could you take items in a car to a car boot sale?

Do you have a skill that you could offer to raise funds?

There are so many ideas for making money, but we urgently need help with organising them, as we don’t have the manpower or the time to do them ourselves.

Advice would always be available.
We would love to meet more of you and to see you being involved.  Can you help, please?

If you can help, please phone our Helpline (01) 668 3529 and leave a message or email catsaid@gmail.com
